Send your power supply design file to Power Integrations' RTSS.
You’ll receive an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your design file within one business day.
Order samples following the instructions in the confirmation email.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

THE INPUT TO THE RAPID TRANSFORMER SAMPLING SERVICE IS THE OUTPUT OF THE PI TRANSFORMER DESIGNER AUTOMATED TOOL. THIS TOOL CANNOT TAKE THE PLACE OF EXPERIENCED DESIGNERS AND TIME SPENT ON THE BENCH OPTIMIZING PRODUCT SAFETY AND EMI. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SERVICE IS TO ACCELERATE TIME TO PROTOTYPE AND PROVIDE A SOLID FOUNDATION FROM WHICH TO BEGIN FINALIZING YOUR PRODUCTION TRANSFORMER DESIGN.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THAT THE TRANSFORMER-WINDING SPECIFICATIONS ARE CORRECT AND COMPLETE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THE INPUT FILE FOR RAPID TRANSFORMER SAMPLING. WE WILL NOT RE-WORK TRANSFORMERS BUILT USING INCORRECT INPUT FROM YOU.

POWER INTEGRATIONS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE TRANSFORMERS WILL PASS EMI AND SAFETY: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TEST AND QUALIFY YOUR DESIGN FOR THE APPROPRIATE REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT.

POWER INTEGRATIONS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE WORKMANSHIP OF ANY OF THE THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS. WE DO GUARANTEE OUR OWN WORKMANSHIP AND IF WE HAVE NOT BUILT THE TRANSFORMER ACCORDING TO THE OUTPUT OF PI TRANSFORMER DESIGNER, TELL US AND WE”LL RE-DO THE WORK FREE OF CHARGE.
