FEMP Product Specifications

Signed by U.S. President George W. Bush in July 2001, it mandates that all federal agencies when purchasing products choose those with low-standby energy consumption. The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) was charged by Bush to implement the plan and has released the following levels.
