SemiSouth SiC JFETs and Diodes

PI now represents SemiSouth Laboratories' specialized silicon carbide transistors and diodes. SemiSouth products are suited for a number of applications, including: solar inverters, telecom rectifiers, computers, battery chargers, electric vehicle drivetrain inverters, variable-speed industrial motor drives, and UPS systems.
