TNY277 with TL431 feedback using PI Expert

I need the accuracy of a TL431 feedback circuit (looking for better than 5% accuracy)with the TNY277 for a 6.5 watt multiple output supply. PI Expert seems to default to a zener based feedback circuit. Is there a way to get PI Expert to generate a feedback block based on the TL431?

Thanks

Design Spreadsheet

Hello nagixyvub,

All you have to do after you type your input/output parameters is to check on the resulting design page under “Feedback” – “Bias” tree. Double click on the “Bias” word and you get access to the “Feedback Type” field where you can select “Secondary TL431”. Be aware, the default zenner was selected because of some minor conflict. Nevertheless, once you select the TL431 option you will see a message with the reason this choice is not accepted and with some correction options.

Cheers,
