I have established an account, then filled out the information for download, and clicked the submit button several times. I did not get an e-mail with the download link. How can I download this software?

I have now waited several days, and nothing is showing up in my junk folders or inboxes.
I have now replaced the LNK304 with a simple transformer, 4-way rectifier, and LDO. As a benefit, I get isolation of the power supply and 1/4 the component count. As to PI Expert, I don't have the luxury to wait for the PI support to move into gear days after my request.

If you have, and you haven’t received it, then it could be being blocked by a spam filter or may have been automatically moved into a junk email folder.
