机顶盒应用

PI 拥有一系列针对机顶盒电源应用的高度集成的离线式电源转换用高压IC。每个IC都在一片晶圆上集成了一个700 V的功率MOSFET、电源控制器及保护电路。其所拥有的产品特色包括电流限制、提高可靠性且具有自动恢复的过热关断保护特性、降低EMI的频率调制特性以及降低待机功耗的EcoSmart®技术。

简单的开/关控制– 无需环路补偿。峰值功率能够达到连续输出功率的三倍。自适应的最大脉冲导通时间延长特性降低输入滤波电容的容量。
TinySwitch®-III 反激式 最高达28.5 W

导通时间延长技术及I2f 参数降低了输入电容、变压器及OVP的尺寸及成本。频率调制技术抑制了EMI。

拥有TinySwitch-III所有功能,此外还具有峰值功率模式,进一步扩展了功率能力。
